    Hollow body drills
    Box jumps 36’ ? 2 x 15
    Stability ball push ups 2x 15
    Stability ball “pull up” motion on forearms 2 x 15

    Abs on stability ball
    Abs with med ball

    Squat and push up warm up series I normally do. Includes Hindu push-ups, t push-ups, walk out push-ups, squats, lunges, lateral squats, back lunge , cross back lunges, elbow to hands.

    Hallow back exercises 30 seconds a piece.

    Ball ab work out.
